Cancellation Policy
The fee for the treatment is based on the actual duration of the respective treatment. Billing is done in quarter-hour increments. The fee is due in cash or via PayPal at the end of the agreed appointment. The services are usually self-payer services and the client is informed that alternative practitioners for psychotherapy are generally not admitted to statutory health insurance under the Alternative Practitioners Act. The patient is responsible for initiating reimbursement procedures with possible service providers and informing themselves independently about possible subsidies. Non-reimbursement or partial reimbursement by cost carriers (e.g. private health insurance companies) has no influence on the agreed fee. Agreed treatment appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance - otherwise we reserve the right to charge for them (pro rata).
